Tot i fer dieta, hi ha<br \/>moments en que no aconseguim baixar. \u00c9s molt important tenir<br \/>present que per tenir un pes adequat no nom\u00e9s hem de fer dieta<br \/>i exercici f\u00edsic, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 hem tenir cura de les nostres<br \/>emocions.<\/p>\n<p>La nostra ment te molt a dir en aquest proc\u00e9s, infuint d&#8217;una<br \/>manera positiva o negativa. Per tant, el contingut de la nostra<br \/>ment (pensaments i emocions) te un paper molt important a<br \/>l&#8217;hora de gestionar-nos durant aquest proc\u00e9s de p\u00e8rdua de pes.<br \/>Sense que siguem massa conscients d\u2019aix\u00f2, els nostres estats<br \/>emocionals in\u001fueixen en la quantitat i tipus d&#8217;aliments que<br \/>ingerim. L\u2019ansietat o l\u2019estr\u00e9s ens fan menjar molt r\u00e0pid i per tant<br \/>no donem temps a que el nostre est\u00f3mac envi\u00ef al cervell la senyal<br \/>de sacietat, pel que mengem m\u00e9s del necessari.<\/p>\n<p>Altres emocions com la culpa, la tristesa, la frustraci\u00f3, etc. poden<br \/>portar-nos a fer conductes d&#8217;afartament i a que triem aliments<br \/>amb molt de sucre i grasses, el que ens di\u001eculta aquesta p\u00e8rdua<br \/>de pes desitjada.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 pot succeir que la p\u00e8rdua de pes sigui m\u00e9s lenta del que<br \/>nosaltres voldr\u00edem i la nostra impaci\u00e8ncia ens porta a estats de<br \/>frustraci\u00f3, desmotivaci\u00f3 i patiment emocional.<\/p>\n<p>Fer dieta porta impl\u00edcit un estat estressant que ens obliga a fer<br \/>canvis en els nostres h\u00e0bits. Comporta restriccions i l&#8217;establiment<br \/>de noves conductes alimentaries.
